I wish to nominate my horse in the following race/s

Spirit 2 – Maiden (For registered AQHA horses that have never won a race)

Spirit 4 – Novice (For registered AQHA horses that have never won more than 3 races)

*Please note - nominations for Merrie Elliott Breeders Cup & Classic Sprints must be pre registered via Racing Quarter Horses

Please fill out one (1) form for each horse you wish to nominate
Nominations must be completed and returned by 14.08.2023
Nomination fee of $100 per race payable on day of races
All persons nominating must abide by the rules and regulations as set by the committee
